Physical Gift Card Status

  • Client has provided no initial script here, the goal is to find which of the below scenarios you are facing using your tools:

    • Incorrect Address: The address on file is not the proper mailing address and the card will not get to member.​

    • Less than 3 weeks: The address is correct, and it has been less than 3 weeks since it was requested.

    • More than 3 weeks: The address is correct, but it has been more than 3 weeks since it was requested.

NOTE: MSR to check Rewards and Preference History tab to verify and advise the member when the rewards were mailed and the address they were mailed to.

 

NOTE: If the address the reward was mailed to is incorrect, please notate the correct address in Risk manager notes and advise the member the same gift card will be re-issued to the correct address confirmed by the member. Go to Scenario #1
