Mobile App Registration

• The Blue Care Plus TN mobile app is called “MyHealthy Rewards”. You can download the mobile app your phone by visiting the iOS Apple App Store or Android Google Play App Store and download the "MyHealthy Rewards" App.

• MyHealthy is one word M-Y-H-E-A-L-T-H-Y Rewards. I’ll wait on the phone with you while the app is downloaded. Once you have the app open, click Register and then enter the following information:

• First and last name and your birthday. 

• Click next to enter your ID number. 

• You will be asked to verify your address, contact information, and then select your preferred communication method. You will also need to create a username and password.

• Your password will need to be at least 8 characters long, have 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, AND a “special” character, like; !@#%^*().
                 MSR Note: $ is not allowed as a special character.

• After setting up your password, you will get one more email with a 4-to-6-digit pin code.

• Please enter that pin code into the member portal and you will see your Welcome screen with your available rewards and assigned health actions.
                 MSR Note: The member is now logged in ready to earn and redeem rewards.
