• I’m happy to help you sign up to access your account through our online website. Your email address will serve as your username when signing in.

• What is the email address would you like to use for your online account? <verify spelling of email>

• Thank you for confirming your email address, you will now receive an email with instructions for how to setup your password.

• Your password will need to be at least 8 characters long, have 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, AND a “special” character, like; !@#%^*().
                MSR Note: $ is not allowed as a special character.

• The rewards website is: myhealthyrewards.healthmine.com.

• After setting up your password, you will get one more email with a 4-to-6-digit pin code. Please enter that pin code into the member portal and you will see your Welcome screen with your available rewards and assigned health actions.
              MSR Note: The member is now logged in ready to earn and redeem rewards.
