Health Actions Not Assigned To Member In Member Portal

NOTE: MSR should access the member portal to educate the member on the available health actions and rewards assigned to the member.

  • We do apologize, you are only eligible for rewards for healthy activities assigned to you in your member portal. The <name of health action> healthy activity is not assigned to you in your member portal. Your health plan makes the decision of what healthy activities are assigned to you each year. We do apologize unfortunately we cannot assist with redeeming a reward for a healthy activity that is not assigned to you. Should you have any further questions about what healthy activities are assigned to you please contact your health plan by calling the number on the back of your ID card.
