Digital Gift Card Status Troubleshooting

Have you checked your junk/spam /promotions folder?

Let’s try checking your member portal secure inbox. When you login to your member portal and access the secured inbox, you will see a copy of the digital gift card. Can you open either the online member portal or the mobile app and login to your account?

Once you login to your member portal in the upper right-hand corner of the screen you will see an envelope icon. This icon is your secure message inbox that houses copies of your digital gift cards.
